Miley Cyrus Parties Like An Animal

Miley was spotted wearing an unbuttoned leopard print shirt with no bra as she attended a wild birthday party for  Kelly Osbourne. Miley, Kelly and several other friends were spotted at the Little Door restaurant in West Hollywood until late in the night. Miley also sported a new accessory about which she tweeted, "Just got myself an early b-day present :) how cute is this little black diamond "L" necklace! Reminds me of my boo ;)"
